Adriana's empathy and professional style make her the right practitioner for me to help me stay on course in my quest for wellness." - Sarah
"Adriana was very knowledgeable and helped me get my health under under control with a natural approach. I am so glad to have called her!" - Marleene
" I recommend Adriana 1000x over! She helped me out so much and I was able to nurse my baby for two years after seeing her!" - Monica
"Right away I felt relaxed and could feel the energy in the areas that you had your hands on me. When the session was over I felt very light and serene. I felt more clear as the night went on. When I left and got in my car I noticed that my face looked younger. I've been through a lot of stress the last two years which have literally created premature wrinkles! The wrinkles on my forehead, on my third eye center, in particular are noticeable. When I got in my car. They were gone. I woke up now and they're still gone.... I wanted to thank you." -- Jennifer
"I have started going to a healing circle hosted by the lovely Adriana Schneider. She has really helped me discover a lot about myself and helped me realize my path and reassures me on things I struggle with without even telling her. After the first class with her I made the decision to get my yoga certification finally and to actually start taking steps towards that. I highly recommended taking a class with Adriana." - Lindsey

Thank you so much for visiting my website! A little bit about me-
First off, I am passionate about holistic health and healing! However, growing up as a child, my family didn't always have the healthiest habits. I became overweight and felt unhealthy. By the time I was a teenager, I knew I had to change my life by adapting a healthier lifestyle. I did this through changing my diet, regular exercise, and developing a positive outlook on life. Everyday, I practice a holistic lifestyle that incorporates some form of alternative health into the care for myself and my family. We enjoy exercise, whole real foods, meditation, yoga, reiki, herbs, chiropractic visits, acupuncture, massage, nutraceuticals, and essential oils.
My interest in health, healing, and science continued as an adult. This led me to become a RN in 2003 when I graduated Magna Cum Laude with my Bachelors of Science in Nursing from University of Florida. In 2009, I became an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant after working as a nurse in Maternal/Child Health and Neonatal Intensive Care.
As an IBCLC, I worked in my community offering in-home consults, breastfeeding classes, and holding support groups. My work as a lactation consultant furthered my interest in holistic health and alternative medicine. Many mothers are interested in more natural approaches to health, including myself. Having my own family further inspired my interests in holistic health. In 2018 I became a Certified Herbalist and Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner. My husband and I also have 2 children that I nursed and practiced baby led weaning/extended breastfeeding with. My first labor ended in an unexpected and traumatic C-section. I was disappointed by that birth. However, I used that experience to fuel my passion for childbirth education and advocacy. I went on to have a natural hospital VBAC for my second birth. I have also volunteered for a International non-profit cesarean prevention organization, helped form our local chapter and have been a writer for blogs and online publications in the past.
In addition, to embrace my spirituality and intuition, in 2016 became certified Reiki Master. I am also a member of the American Holistic Nurses Association.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, running, painting, and cooking.
Extensive experience allows me to guide you. My client success stories reflect my ability to, time after time, help clients improve their health and achieve a higher level of life satisfaction.

Free initial 10 minute phone call
Wellness coaching sessions include a plan to incorporate a healthy lifestyle into your daily routine via all aspects such as diet, exercise, mental, spiritual and environmental health. Life coaching also available. My education and training completes my coaching arsenal – allowing me to provide you, the client, with the tools and methods you need to achieve your goals.
$75 for a 1 hour Video Consult
$150 in home consult
Breastfeeding support via Phone is also available. Lactation consultations include a follow up phone call/text/email. The best time to schedule an initial consult is in advance (during pregnancy is the best time to establish breastfeeding support and education) or at the first sign of complications. Getting breastfeeding help and education early on allows problems to be corrected sooner. This will help preserve and promote your breastfeeding outcome. Many mothers also feel that a home consult is beneficial because it can give them the reassurance that breastfeeding is going well even when there are no complications. It also allows us to discuss other educational needs that new moms and dads may have related to mom and baby care in the early post-partum days.
All video consults must have a recent infant weight check and need follow up weight checks at your pediatrician as needed.
Prenatal breastfeeding Classes- $85. Group rates available. Group classes can be fun to do with other expecting friends and offers a semi-private alternative to large hospital classes. *Most insurances will reimburse breastfeeding classes with a IBCLC please call your insurance to verify.
What can you expect during a lactation consult?
Takes your complete health history.
Observes a complete breastfeeding session, demonstration on latch techniques and positions.
Offers a written care plan to correct any feeding issues such as sore nipples, positioning and latch problems, low milk supply, inadequate infant weight gain as well as more complex problems.
Follow-up care by monitoring and assessing progress and revisiting the care plan.
Report is sent to your physicians, and sometimes phone calls are made and I work together with your physician. If needed, referrals to other HCP can be made.
*For lactation support and breastfeeding classes an itemized receipt with codes can be provided, however I DO NOT guarantee coverage from your insurance. Request for reimbursement is your responsibility. Most insurance companies should reimburse for lactation services and classes with an IBCLC.
